The Technical College System of Georgia (TSCG), thru its Office of Capital Planning and Facilities, is seeking to implement Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) and a Capital Asset Management System (CAMS) for its portfolio of statewide facilities overseen by 22 Colleges and Georgia Quick Start. The portfolio comprises approximately 590 facilities totaling approximately 13.63 million gross square feet (GSF). This RFQ and agency contract award process is a solutions‐based solicitation; meaning that TCSG is seeking products or services that meet the general requirements of the scope of this RFQ and the TCSG FCA Guidelines (See Exhibit A) and are commonly desired or are required by law or industry standards. It is envisioned this selection process will result in the issuance of a one-year statewide Agency Contract with the potential for up to four renewals. Following the award of the Agency Contract, the Colleges will issue purchase orders for their colleges and facilities. They will then coordinate with the successful vendor for data collection, scheduling, onsite inspection, and final deliverables
