The State Entity seeks to solicit information from solution providers, technology vendors, system integrators, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders regarding potential commercially available “off-the-shelf” applications that utilize advancements in artificial intelligence to improve regulatory oversight and review, improve efficiency, and eliminate duplicative or outdated regulatory requirements. Such a system should focus on reducing unnecessary regulatory burdens and compliance costs for private entities while maintaining appropriate oversight and public protection. The goal is to inform the potential for a limited deployment of such an analytical tool as a “proof-of-concept” review of a Georgia regulatory state agency.
