CONTRACTOR SHALL 1) Preventative maintenance: Conduct annual on-site inspections of the physical therapy equipment listed in the Quotation Schedule. These inspections must include: • Electrical Safety Checks. • Calibration of equipment, as recommended by Manufacturer, as required. • All inspections, calibrations, and equipment repairs must be performed by qualified technicians. 2) Documentation: • Provide a detailed work order for each item inspected. 3) Repairs and Parts • Perform repairs on equipment, as needed, per call or as determined during annual PM visits to maintain equipment in accordance with industry standards for usability and safety, at additional cost stated in bid schedule. • Perform service calls outside annual PM, as needed, on equipment at additional costs stated in bid schedule, within 48 hours of request. • Supply necessary parts at additional cost at discount stated in bid schedule. • Obtain prior approval for any additional costs from the Contract Coordinator. TTC’s Procurement department will issue a written change order to authorize work at additional charges.
