Management Consulting Services specifically for Statement of Work (SOW) Number SOW NO.: eLicensure EPMO for the eLicensure PMO Services Project for the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division. The State of Missouri intends to extend the contract to RKV Technologies, Inc. (Mission Critical Partners) for the provision of the continuation of Statement of Work (SOW) Number SOW NO.: eLicensure EPMO for the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division. The Project Management Director and Project Manager roles provide services to support the Division of Professional Registration to manage the development of a new eLicensure system with a modernized and enhanced solution referred to as MOPro. The MOPro program consists of multiple vendors, Division of Professional Registration State Licensure Boards, and other division teams that support the project. The Project Management Director role provides direction to all vendor and department staff affected by the MOPro application and processes. The Project Manager role provides direction and service at a division and board level. The MOPro project is a multiple year project scheduled to complete end of January 2026. The Project Management Director position is critical to the success of the project and needs extended to maintain the service currently being provided. If there is a lapse in service, the project timeline would be impacted significantly. An extension will avoid any negative impacts to the project and department.
