The Seattle Colleges, hereafter called "Purchaser,” is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualifications, pricing and proposed timelines from firms with expertise in the commercial real estate marketplace in Greater Seattle. Specifically, the Purchaser is seeking consultation on the marketing and sale of urban land parcels and urban buildings for redevelopment. The desired scope of work will include consultation services to inform a pending decision by the Purchaser when and how to dispose of five properties located inside Seattle city limits. Said properties have been appraised and are candidates for disposal, presuming a formal declaration by the Purchaser’s Board of Trustees as being surplus to the long-term institutional needs of the Purchaser.
