The current system uses Promega DNA IQ System extraction kit chemistry and the Promega Power Quant quantitation chemistry, and Promega Fusion amplification chemistry. The objective of the contract is to provide annual maintenance of the Tecan workstations. Annual maintenance must include: cleaning and greasing of instruments, adjustments, and replacement of wear and tear parts, such as, valves, syringes, tips, tip assemblies, tubing, etc. The vendor or subcontractor must use original, genuine and unused Tecan parts. Maintenance must also include any recommended testing outlined in the Tecan service manual for the instrument, as well as, volume verification testing of each liquid handling arm (LiHa). This services will include all necessary parts, travel, and labor. Vendor will provide telephone hotline support services during regular business hours. Vendor must be certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO17025). The Instruments are configured as follows: EVO 150 ; 8 tip LiHa with DiTi adapters ; 500UI syringes ; RoMa ; PosID ; Te-Shake.
