The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide maintenance, repairs, emergency services, parts and material for low (<600V) and medium (600- 13,200V) voltage electrical distribution systems for a period of three years with an Authority option for an additional two years (a total contract term of five years) at various TBTA locations. The Contractor shall be certified by International Electrical Testing Association (NETA) in the maintenance and testing of transformers, metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgears, switchboards, protective relays, circuit breakers, switches, automatic transfer switches, manual transfer switches, uninterruptable power supplies, battery packs and chargers, and other miscellaneous electrical distribution equipment. The persons providing the labor shall have no less than NETA certification level III.
