The City of Alexandria is seeking professional services for the Gas System Compliance Services offers regulatory compliance services for The City of Alexandria Gas Department. The RFP includes the following compliance services: 1. Distribution Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals Preparation, as well as Annual Review and Revision, including Damage Prevention and Emergency Planning Sections. 2. Transmission Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual Preparation, as well as Annual Review and Revision, including Damage Prevention and Emergency Planning Sections. 3. Operator Qualification (OQ) Program Plan Preparation, as well as Annual Review/Revision. 4. Public Awareness Program (PAP) Plan Preparation, as well as Annual Review/Revision. . 5. Drug and Alcohol Program (DAP) Plan Preparation, as well as Annual Review/Revision. 6. Distribution Integrity Management Plan (DIMP) Preparation, as well as Annual Review/Revision*. 7. One-time Public Awareness 4-Year Effectiveness Evaluation. 8. Annual Class Location Study & High Consequence Area (HCA) Evaluation for the transmission pipeline system. 9. On-Site Inspection Assistance (once annually, for up to 3 days). 10. Premium software package that Includes Procedure Management, Online OQ Training, Compliance Calendar, Document Library, Management of Change, Geographic Inspection Manager, and Management Review Modules for thirty (30) employees.
