A. One-Stop System Coordination • Coordinate integrated service delivery across all AJC partner programs. • Facilitate communication among partners to ensure effective referrals and coenrollments. • Align AJC operations with the WIOA State Plan and local workforce priorities. B. Oversight & Compliance • Monitor AJC operations for compliance with DOL regulations and WIC policies. • Track partner contributions, MOUs, and Infrastructure Funding Agreements (IFAs). • Provide compliance reporting and support corrective actions where needed. C. Partner Engagement • Host two (2) AJC Partner Meetings per month to review coordination, compliance, and performance. • Convene cross-training and joint planning sessions as needed. • Maintain effective communication with AJC partners and system stakeholders. D. Customer Service & Continuous Improvement • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys with both jobseekers and employers. • Analyze feedback and recommend improvements to delivery service. • Ensure accessibility and equity are embedded in all AJC operations. E. Reporting & Documentation • Prepare and submit monthly compliance reports summarizing AJC activity, partner engagement, and outcomes. • Draft briefings and memos for WIC leadership and stakeholders. • Provide first-quarter information reports on AJC performance, service delivery, and compliance status.
