This Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information from vendors to see if any can provide ongoing software maintenance and support services for the existing PROPworks System Software utilized by the Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) at the Miami International Airport (MIA). MDAD utilizes the PROPworks® System to support key business functions throughout the Miami International Airport (MIA) such as Carrier Activity Tracking, Billing and Invoicing, Company Contract Management, Concession Sales Management, and Aviation Statistics. The System is embedded in many other subsystems utilized by MDAD, including but not limited to the following: Shared Tenant Services,Automated Vehicle Identification System, Airport Operations Area Decals, Airline Statistics, Security Badges System, and Concession Statistics. Additionally, PROPworks serves as a critical junction between each of these subsystems and PeopleSoft, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system which supports financial activities such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, etc. PROPworks serves as a medium to allow all of these essential subsystems to communicate with each other and allows MDAD to render essential services to airlines, passengers, concessionaires, and other services which operate on the airport premises.
