The City of New Orleans is seeking a firm to partner with to manage the city owned parking spaces during sports events and other activities held in the Super Dome and the Smoothy King Arena in accordance with the scope of services herein. The Department of Property Management expects to achieve the following goals through the selected vendor: 1. Accountability and desire to work together to form a mutually beneficial long-term partnership. 2. Proactive in collaborating to ensure events are staffed with reliable, punctual, and professional individuals who have received proper training. 3. Proactive in communicating and following up on issues and working to find areas of improvement. 4. Achieve cost containment by carrying out a risk-based approach that finds the proper balance in service and cost. 5. Partner that considers event attendees as their customers and defines their success in their ability to serve the public
