• Event Date/Time: July 4, 2026 at 9:30 PM (ET) at Athens Regional Park. • Fireworks segment: ~20 minutes, with a defined main body and a strong finale. • Music synchronization: Full choreography to music with timecode/firing system integration. • Aerial device limit: No shells larger than 6" in diameter. • Detailed device count: Provide type/size/quantity with proposal; final count due prior to show. • Drone light show: Include drone count, formations, storyline/themes; comply with 14 CFR Part 107. • Permits/Licenses: All necessary permits and licenses must be obtained by the proposer. • Cleanup: Basic cleanup of the launch area and policing of the fallout zone for any unexploded fireworks. • Security: Proposer is responsible for security of fireworks/drones from delivery until the end of the show. • Budget: Not-to-Exceed $125,000.
