The Consultant will: 1. Assist and advise Client’s project management staff as needed: a. Best practices b. Deal organization and structuring c. Bidding debt and equality d. Bidding construction e. Running meetings f. Generally, offer advice and guidance 2. Serve as a resource to the Executive Director regarding: a. Deal flow coordination across the HACC portfolio such as key dates and events. b. Uses/receipts of cash tracking including developer fee receipts, predevelopment cash layouts, and other events impacting cash flow. c. Assistance with negotiating key deal points including with lenders/investors and also development partners d. Communication of best practices with various departments, which may include such tasks as creation of a “hand-off” document template for property management when a deal closes, communication with accounting and preparation of a property management manual. 3.
