Highway: Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Improvement Program; South Willow Street and Weston Road; The South Willow Street and Weston Road project involves provisions for a new northbound right turn lane from South Willow Street onto Weston Road, reconstructed sidewalks and ADA compliant crossings, relocated Dunkin’ driveway, and drainage improvements. The project area includes the intersection of South Willow Street and Weston Road, Andrea Drive and four commercial driveways. The four commercial driveways located within the project area are not under signal control, however the shopping plaza commercial entrance located to the south of South Willow Street, which serves as the westerly leg of the South Willow Street and Weston Road intersection is under signal control.
