The City of Crystal Lake is seeking a two-year Facility Mechanical Services Contract including HVAC Maintenance & Repair, Plumbing Services & Repairs, and RPZ Inspections & Certifications at various City facilities with three optional one-year extensions. The intent of this bid is to obtain the services of a qualified vendor, having experience in the preventive maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning systems. The vendor shall be capable of providing the full spectrum of services, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, subsystems, and components typically considered part of an HVAC system, as required for its proper functioning in accordance with standard industry practices and usage.
