- 2,900 Square feet of flooring - Protection of existing equipment with H.D. plastic to minimize exposure to dust and debris, and dispose of all removals properly as per code requirements. - Scraping and sanding of all existing coats of epoxy, exposing the original apparatus concrete flooring - Flooring repairs- addressing cracks, chips or uneven joints, plus sealing all cracks, control joints, expansion joints, and drains. -Remove existing equipment from the raised area in the back - Remove +/-220 SF x 4” thick concrete raised pad & tiles, level the concrete with the rest of the apparatus floor- - Apply a slip-resistant double broadcast urethane system with a grout coat per manufacturer's recommendations: Surface Preparation
