Coushatta Casino Resort is completing Phase 1 of the Expansion and Renovation Project. This work package includes complete design and construction services to complete all work to complete the landscaping, irrigation, and sitescape in all new and impacted areas in the Phase 1 work area. This general areas of work will be established in the design process, but should be anticipated to include all planting areas (beds and lawns) removed, created, or impacted by Phase 1 work, two hardscape areas with the inclusion of 1 existing statue (7 Clans statue that design builder will be responsible to design and install the mounting as well as installation of the statue), extension of the existing irrigation/power systems (including sleeves), site lighting, coordination with the landscape maintenance provider, coordination with the existing project team, coordination with the signage provider, and the CCR team. The design and materials utilized will be consistent with the other areas of the property to achieve a cohesive and seamless installation that serves to enhance customer experience and the overall appeal and image of the entire property.
