This RFP requires the installation of two brand new watchfire LED display sign(s) including the necessary power and data cabling/connectivity. The new signs will be placed in the general area where the existing sign is located at Cass High School. The new sign will be in a new location at Woodland High School. Specific locations will be coordinated with the winning bidder. A power connection location will be provided by Bartow County School System near the sign areas. Data connectivity generally will be at the nearest building for hard wire. All software/program(s) and license for the sign and/or software needed to remotely create and update the content to the proposed sign should also be included in the proposal. The winning bidder will also need to produce and provide engineer approved drawings for the base structure/footings and will install said structure/footings to mount LED display.
