• Ability of the AVS system to provide information related to liquid resources, motor vehicles, and real property • Demonstration of a robust network of Financial Institutions (FIs) or a plan for how the Contractor will establish such a network, particularly that includes FIs prominent in South Dakota • Demonstration of a robust network of data sources which provide motor vehicle and real property information • Implementation and operation of an electronic Asset Verification System (AVS) that is directly integrated with the State’s E&E system • Tracking and reporting of verification activity by individual client, as well as in aggregate • Manuals and training on system use, as well as technical documentation related to the integrated interface
