The City of Claremont seeks proposals from qualified environmental consultants or laboratories to perform asbestos and hazardous materials testing at 127 Sullivan Street, Claremont, NH. The selected CONTRACTOR shall: • Conduct a comprehensive asbestos survey of the building (interior/exterior) per EPA NESHAP and NH DES regulations. • Collect representative bulk samples of suspect materials and maintain proper chain of custody. • Perform laboratory analysis (PLM/TEM) for asbestos content through accredited labs. • Test for other hazardous materials including lead paint, PCBs, and universal wastes as applicable. • Provide a written report with findings, quantities, material conditions, and abatement recommendations. • Attend meetings or provide clarifications as needed. Insurance Requirements: • Comprehensive General Liability – $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate (CITY must be named as additional insured)
