Staff shall measure 3/8" diameter, 30" long and shall be made of natural white hardwood. Gilded wood spear attached to end of staff. Flags shall be attached to staff by four staples. Flags shall be first quality, free from defects affecting appearance. One dozen flags per bundle. Each box packed with 12 bundles for 1 gross, 144 flags.
