MARTA operates across seven divisions with approximately 4,354 total employees including 2,656 represented staff. The Contractor shall design, furnish, integrate, and support a Bus and Rail time and attendance system. DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED MARTA is seeking Proposals from Firms to provide a Replacement of MARTA’s current Teledriver system. The replacement shall address numerous issues with limitations in the current version of Teledriver. The replacement system will be a fully Software as a Service (SaaS) Cloud solution with Oracle integration that will include automation of several processes for Bus and Rail Operators: (1) the scheduling of the timekeeping process within the application, (2) automating the driver check-in for service process and (3) automating the work pick process which should increase the productivity of end users and afford flexibility needed for workforce management.
