The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a contract with one or multiple Respondents to provide a comprehensive, enterprise-grade Digital Accessibility Platform that integrates with learning management systems (LMS) for Florida State University and the Florida Virtual Campus. The platform(s) will serve, as requested, Florida College System (FCS) institutions, State University System (SUS) institutions, school district career and technical education centers (technical colleges), and Independent Colleges and Universities of Florida (ICUF) institutions. The solution(s) will support institutional efforts to ensure that all digital learning materials, public-facing content, and instructional technologies comply with established federal accessibility standards and accommodate the various needs of all learners. The selected platform(s) must demonstrate compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines (at a minimum), integrate seamlessly with existing LMS and content systems, and provide tools for remediation and reporting, and provide ongoing customer support. In addition to meeting current technical specifications, the ideal solution(s) will support scalable implementation, user training, and ongoing enhancements during the contract term, including new features from the Respondent’s roadmap and improvements based on user feedback or changing institutional needs.
