Service – On site repairs Repairs requiring a technician on site can include but are not limited to maintenance/repair to rollers, belts and conveyors. Technical Support: Provide assistance to OLCC regarding technical issues with the system. System Maintenance and Testing: Preventative Maintenance: Regular inspections, cleaning, and calibration of conveyance system components to ensure optimal performance Testing: Conducting operational tests of systems. Repair and Replacement: Addressing and repairing faulty or damaged conveyance components. List hourly rate if outside of warranty. System Updates: Ensuring that the conveyance software is updated to the latest standards and provide troubleshooting when needed. Provide pricing if not included with services.
