Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Procurement Description: Maintenance, Repair, & Support of PF&R's Spartan & LTI Fire Apparatus Fleet Vendor: True North Equipment Inc. Justification: True North Equipment, Inc. is the only vendor in the immediate area with access to the necessary OEM parts and the certified ability to service the specialized fire suppression tools, Aerial ladders, and breathing air systems, currently in use by PF&R. In particular, True North provides essential parts and service for 10 or more Spartan and LTI fire apparatus in PF&R’s fleet. These products require manufacturer-authorized support to maintain warranty coverage and operational integrity. No other vendor in the region possesses the combination of parts availability, technical expertise, and manufacturer certification required to meet these needs.
