1. The business awarded the contract will be responsible for the collection of money and the distribution of all pictures to the individuals. 2. The business awarded the contract will furnish Auburn Parks and Recreation with one (1) 5 x 7 colored team picture for each team with the team’s name, sponsor name, and league name listed on the picture and one (1) 5 x 7 colored team picture for each coach within the picture. 3. The business will need to coordinate exact times and dates with the Player Agents throughout the year with advance notice given to the teams. Multiple photographers will need to be scheduled to insure pictures are scheduled at a reasonable time for participants to arrive. 4. Auburn Parks and Recreation will receive a commission on the number of packages and promotional items sold. Commission amount per package/item to be submitted on the proposal form. 5. The only minimum acceptable package will consist of: A. One (1) - 5 x 7 team picture, one (1) - 5 x 7 individual picture, and four (4) billfolds AND B. One (1)- 5 x 7 team picture. Parents should have the option of packages A or B. More package options are encouraged. Please include samples of your work with your proposal.
