The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting proposals for a Random Moment in Time Study Solution. This solution will be used by 19 human service zones to capture time staff spends providing reimbursable activities across the zones in two distinct categories. The STATE is soliciting proposals for a vendor hosted solution for a Random Moment in Time Study (RMTS) solution for an Eligibility and Social Service staff pool that generates and manages random moments from the staff pool lists. This should include Initial set up, after initial setup configuration, testing, implementation, training, technical assistance, and ongoing support. This solution will be used by Human Service Zone Staff (County employees) to record the type of work they are performing at a randomly selected point in time. Additionally, a minimum of four (4) State staff require full access and reporting capabilities. Future Contract use: There may be a need by other departments within DHHS to use this contract for purposes of RMTS. The STATE reserves the right to use this contract for future use within the Scope of Work.
