Electric Meters 1.2.1.Single-phase and polyphase electric meters for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. 1.2.2. Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), smart grid-enabled devices, and sub-metering solutions. 1.2.3. Demand management and load analysis systems. 1.2.4. Communication devices, transmitters, and network modules. 1.3. Gas Meters 1.3.1. Diaphragm, rotary, turbine, and ultrasonic gas meters for various utility and industrial applications. 1.3.2. Advanced digital monitoring systems with integrated communication modules. 1.3.3. Pressure, flow, and safety sensors for pipeline and facility monitoring. 1.4. SCADA and Sub-Metering Solutions 1.4.1.Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for monitoring and controlling utility operations. 1.4.2. This includes but is not limited to: 1.6.1. Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS) for data collection, validation, and reporting. 1.6.2. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for centralized control and visualization. 1.6.3. Cloud-based and on-premises data collection, reporting, and analytics tools. - AMI/AMR communication networks utilizing RF, cellular, fiber, LoRaWAN, or hybrid technologies. 1.6.4. Integration with existing Building Automation Systems (BAS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), SCADA, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Customer Information Systems (CIS), and customer dashboards. 1.6.5. Analytics and monitoring tools for leak detection, flow analysis, pressure monitoring, theft detection, and demand forecasting. 1.7. Services In addition to providing equipment and software, vendors may be required to provide comprehensive support services to ensure successful deployment and long-term performance. These services may include: 1.7.1. Installation, testing, and calibration of metering and monitoring equipment. 1.7.2. Maintenance, repair, and technical support, including remote diagnostics. 1.7.3. Training for agency personnel on system operation, maintenance, and data utilization. 1.7.4. Consulting services for planning, design, system optimization, and integration strategies. 1.7.5. Warranty coverage and extended service agreements. 1.7.6. System upgrades and expansion support to accommodate evolving technology and utility needs.
