Allow manufactured and/or modular homes where single-family detached homes are permitted 3. Create pre-reviewed design plans for “missing middle” housing types 4. Increase allowable density for housing by reducing minimum lots sizes and bulk standards to promote the development of compact housing 5. Increase building heights for multifamily housing/mixed-use developments 6. Establish an inclusionary zoning program to address affordable and workforce housing needs 7. Allow higher density, mixed-use with residential in commercial zones or employment centers B. Zoning and Regulatory Framework Analysis.
