CCTV / Security Systems Site Support and Service at all NDCS Facilities shall consist of maintenance, repair, firmware/software upgrades, installation, and supplementary parts for the current video surveillance systems as well as upgrades of existing systems that are no longer under current warranty coverage. All work will be approved and reviewed in advance by the NDCS Engineering Project Management Team. Equipment repairs, in addition to the services outlined in these terms and conditions and resulting contract, emergency or otherwise, must be pre-approved by NDCS. NDCS will provide Contractor(s) and their personnel with access to all equipment covered under the terms and conditions and resulting contract. The Contractor, upon completion of service or inspection, will return all systems to full operational status.
