KSU is seeking suppliers to provide event services and equipment including: inflatables, yard games, rock wall climbing, fair rides, ect. The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on behalf of Kennesaw State University is seeking suppliers to provide entertainment services and equipment for Student Affairs. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified vendors who can provide a broad range of event services and equipment to support student programming and campus engagement initiatives. These services aim to enhance the overall student experience through dynamic, safe, and enjoyable campus events. Services Required The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing equipment, entertainment, and services, including but not limited to: • Inflatables o Bounce houses, obstacle courses, interactive inflatables, slides • Yard Games o Oversized and traditional lawn games: cornhole, giant Jenga, Connect 4, ring toss, etc. • Carnival Games o High striker, duck pond, etc. • Rock Wall Climbing o Portable climbing walls including setup, staffing, and safety measures • Fair Rides o Small amusement rides appropriate for a campus setting (e.g., spinning rides, mini Ferris wheels, swing rides) • Artist/Entertainers o Airbrush Tattoo artist, Caricature artist, DJ entertainment, Photobooth, Henna tattoo artist, painting, etc. • Carnival Food o Cotton candy, popcorn, funnel cakes, snow cones, cookies, etc. • Fair Rides o small amusement rides, appropriate for a university setting • Rental Furniture o Tables, chairs, flooring, tents, etc. • Packages o Movie night package, Prize Package, etc. o Vendor Responsibilities • Timely delivery, setup, and teardown of all rented equipment and services • Staffing and supervision of activity stations, rides, and entertainment • Compliance with all campus safety, insurance, and licensing requirements • On-site coordination and troubleshooting support during events • Flexibility to respond to varied event themes and seasonal needs
