The Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) within the SC Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services (SCDPPPS), is currently focused on digital government services, cybersecurity resilience, compliance management, innovative solutions, and a customer-centric approach. Accomplishments include technology modernization, process optimization, agile development adoption, strategic partnerships, training advancements, and data sharing enhancements. Future plans involve integrating AI and machine learning, implementing data governance and analytics, business process optimizations, automating workflows, deploying enhanced collaboration tools, and sustainability in implementing IT best practices. These efforts reflect a commitment to technological advancement and building a resilient and forward-thinking IT environment for mission-critical assurances. Part of these efforts require a comprehensive Unified Support coverage model for services and support of Microsoft products and technologies – cloud, on-premises, and hybrid, under one consolidated support umbrella. This solicitation is to complete the purchase of a Unified Support Agreement with Microsoft.
