The Housing Authority of The City of El Paso (HACEP) is seeking licensed, insured and bonded contractors to clear and level the designated land area by removing existing dirt mounds, dead trees, and debris, resulting in a clean vacant lot. In addition, the project includes repairing and restoring sections of the perimeter fencing to ensure the property is secure and clearly defined. Upon completion, the site will meet the following criteria: 1. Level Grade: The ground surface will be leveled to a smooth, consistent grade, eliminating existing mounds and significant depressions. 2. Debris Removal: All dead trees, stumps, trash, and construction debris will be completely removed from the site. 3. Dirt/Soil Management: All excess dirt from the leveling process will either be spread evenly across the site or hauled oƯ-site (as specified in Section V). 4. Fence Repairs and Installation: o Install and repair approximately 60 feet of chain-link fencing as required. o Replace damaged posts, rails, and mesh as necessary. o Ensure all repairs meet standard safety and durability requirements. 5. Gate Repair: Repair the main gate located on the north side of the property to ensure proper functionality and security.
