Contractor must provide DOCCS’ primary care teams at all NYS correctional facilities with access to a HITRUST secure web-based clinician to clinician messaging platform to ask questions, provide background information, and if needed, upload/scan radiology images, EKGs, photos, etc. The contractor must respond to DOCCS initial request within a timeframe of 1 - 4 hours (average) with no initial response exceeding 24 hours. The contractor must be able to provide consults for patients; interpret lab/test results; review medications and answer medical questions. The contractor will provide a network of US board-certified specialties to include, at a minimum the following: • Addiction medicine, including: o Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) • Allergy • Cardiology • Correctional Health • Dental and oral surgery • Dermatology • Emergency medicine • Endocrinology
