Services must include: Project Management for the Design: To manage resources, schedule meetings, generate deliverables, meet deadlines and coordinate with Riverton City staff and others. Site Assessment and Survey: To perform existing data search and site investigation and gather necessary survey data for the design of the proposed improvements. Conceptual Design: To develop a conceptual (30%) design to present to City staff and project stakeholders. The conceptual design will include the evaluation of design features and costs to meet project goals and objectives within the identified budget. The conceptual design will allow the stakeholders to select the project features and approach prior to moving into permitting and construction documents.
