The District is seeking a qualified contractor to perform concrete maintenance and repair and related work on an as-needed basis. The scope of work is to provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and services required to perform concrete work as specified herein. Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and transportation, and other resources for excavation, installation and hauling for all concrete maintenance and repair services. Types of Work Include (but not limited to): • Concrete sidewalk, installation and repair • Curb and gutter construction or replacement • ADA-compliant curb ramps • Driveway approaches • Concrete slab pouring and finishing • Minor structural footings • Concrete saw cutting and demolition • Surface patching and grinding • Demolition and replacement of spalled or damaged concrete • Small slab-on-grade installations • Slab foundations • Sidewalks and panel replacements • Parking lot joint sealing and crack filling • Bollard installation (concrete-filled) • Repair of concrete steps or landings • Concrete base pads (for bleachers, benches, etc.) • Concrete slabs • Buggy concrete to work areas • Light pole bases • Concrete stairs and ramps • Curb and gutter restoration post utility work • Concrete encasements for utilities • Forming and pouring concrete collars or aprons • Structural strengthening and waterproofing • Miscellaneous items will be contracted on an as need basis with the awarded vendor including, but not limited to spillways, pillars, ditch boxes, footers, slabs, small repairs and drainage.
