Removal of deck ends and hatch block. 4. Removal of Bridge Approach Shoulders. 5. Perform Deck Slab Repair (Full Depth). 6. Jack and Remove Existing Bearings Placement of Elastomeric Bearings. 7. Structural Steel removal and repair at beam ends. 8. Structural Repair of Concrete (Depth Equal to or Less Than 5 Inches). 9. Place Reinforcement Bars and Locking Edge Rails in deck ends and hatch blocks. 10. Pour deck ends, hatch blocks and parapet extensions. 11. Pour Concrete Bridge Approach Shoulders. 12. Place bridge deck concrete overlay, 2 1 /2”. 13. Perform Diamond Grinding (Bridge Section). 14. Perform bridge deck grooving (Longitudinal). 15. Place Strip Seal. 16. All other incidental items necessary to complete the work.
