The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supervision, tools, traffic control and incidentals including tack to perform incidental asphalt patching, milling and paving services on interstate, primary and secondary routes including bridge approaches and surfaces as designated by the Contract Administrator. Work will consist of, but not be limited to, removal of deteriorated pavement, milling, patching, surface preparation, bituminous pavement patching, joint patching and disposal, skin patching and incidental asphalt repairs, maintenance and improvements as requested by the Contract Administrator. Placement of asphalt shall be per the latest revision of the VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications relating to the sections concerning placement of bituminous concrete (310.01-.03, 315.01-07).
