1. Remove and replace the existing moorage floats CC, DD, EE, FF and GG Floats and connecting headwalk AAA Float, including transition plates as needed between existing and new floats. The desired slip and fairway layout is shown in the Interim Design Drawings. Note that the existing floats that were installed in 2002 (FF Float and associated stall floats, 32’ stall floats on EE, and 24’ stall floats on GG) are designated for salvage and re-use. 2. Provide and install all associated piles, anodes and utility services including potable water, shore power, lighting and safety equipment. 3. Piles associated with the salvaged float systems are also designated for salvage and re-use, although the design-builder shall assess whether new piles and/or additional pile length may be needed to meet the Technical Performance Specifications.
