The work of this project consists of removal and replacement of the existing Lee Avenue storm drain culvert (Culvert No. 110) located between Memorial Drive and Knight Avenue. More specifically the work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization/demobilization; miscellaneous selective demolition; excavation; dewatering; flow diversion and bypass pumping; demolition and removal of existing arch culvert and headwall; construction of new 10 x 8 GDOT Standard 2401 reinforced concrete single box culvert; construction of new reinforced concrete headwall; miscellaneous water and sewer improvements; drainage improvements; subgrade and base preparation; hot mix asphaltic concrete pavements; concrete curb & gutter where required; grade adjustments at affected manhole and valve box covers; traffic control; erosion and sediment control; surface restoration; and all other work and appurtenances required.
