This contract is for the replacement of Bridge No. 120083 over Dutch Buffalo Creek on SR-2408 (Gold Hill Rd.). The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials for the project in accordance with the 2024 Standard Specifications and Special Provisions herein. CLEARING AND GRUBBING - METHOD III: Perform clearing on this project to the limits established by Method - III shown on Standard Drawing No. 200.03 of the Roadway Standard Drawings. Conventional clearing methods may be used except where permit drawings or conditions have been included in the proposal which require certain areas to be cleared by hand methods. Open burning is not permitted on any portion of the right-of-way limits established for this project. Do not burn the clearing, grubbing or demolition debris designated for disposal and generated from the project at locations within the project limits, off the project limits or at any waste or borrow sites in this county. Dispose of the clearing, grubbing and demolition debris by means other than burning, according to state or local rules and regulations
