I. C. Contractor shall provide all CAL FIRE locations with removal and disposal of waste materials stored in tanks, 55- gallon drums, and supplied containers. D. Contractor shall provide any material safety data sheets, bill of lading, and material manifests for each removal as required by federal, state, and local laws and regulations. E. Contractor must provide collection containers for waste items as requested by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. F. Contractor must be licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and shall possess an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Identification Number and Hazardous Waste Transporter Identification Certificate from the California Department of Toxic Substances (DTSC). G. Contractor must be licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall possess a California Highway Patrol (CHP) Hazardous Material Transportation License. H. Contractor must possess a current active hazardous waste transporter identification, and registration certification, and shall provide proof of such licenses upon request at anytime during the contract term. Contractor shall maintain these licenses, registration, and certifications throughout the duration of the contract. J. Contractor shall handle, pump, remove, recycle, transport, and dispose of all hazardous waste in accordance with EPA, Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. K. Contractor must agree to increase or decrease service quantity, and frequency based on the fluctuations in work demands as directed by the CAL FIRE Project Representative. L. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all waste material items listed in Attachment 1, Rate Sheet, as described for each location.
