The CAMHD, hereby solicits proposals from qualified Applicants with an interest in providing Expanded Crisis Support (ECS) services statewide for youth ages three through seventeen (3-17) years. The youth and family do not need to be enrolled in the CAMHD nor residents of the STATE, but they do need to be physically present in the STATE. The ECS program provides follow-up supportive services to youth who have experienced a mental health crisis, as defined by: potential harm to self, potential harm to others, and/or active psychosis, within the last thirty (30) days, and/or had a CMO response, and are not currently receiving CAMHD services. The purpose of ECS is to provide robust follow-up to a mental health crisis, in order to stabilize the youth and family with shortterm therapeutic interventions and to connect youth and families with supports in the community and/or STATE agencies
