The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (the STATE) is soliciting proposals to develop a pool of highly qualified grant professionals to provide grant research, writing, and submission services on an as-needed basis to assist with grant application opportunities. The Contractor pool will provide options for assistance in a timely fashion as defined by the grant calendar/timeline. There is typically a narrow window of time between the release of information for grant application opportunities and the due date for submission or responses. Awarded Contractor(s) will work closely with the STATE to provide recommendations regarding various aspects of grant programs, components to include in applications, complete the writing of the grant applications, and application submissions, as applicable. Contractor will be responsible for structuring workflow and executing a work plan for grant opportunities.
