Utility Bill Processing: The selected Proposer will be required to process approximately 700 utility bills per month, which total approximately $5.80 million annually. Utility bills shall be considered electric, natural gas, water, sewer, and telephone services. The required services relating to utility bill processing (payment, review, reconciliation, analysis, etc.) shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Centrally receiving all utility bills via U.S. postal mail or transmitted electronically (EDI) directly from the utility providers 2. Scanning all hard copy bills to a digital image 3. Data entry of utility bills as received each month into a database/processing system which shall record, where applicable, but not be limited to the fields below: a. Dollar amount for each line item b. Read type c. Consumption/usage d. Unit of measure e. Utility meter reading – including the meter number, meter read date, beginning read, ending read f. Demand (KW) g. Miscellaneous – including but not limited to billing and late payment charges, taxes, no access fees, deposits, solar credits, etc. h. Service account number i. Facility name and service address
