Provide Unit Costs for certain fiber related maintenance, installation, connections, conduit construction and repair, and fiber testing, as listed in the quote tabulation(s) below. This project area will fall within the NSBU’s service area (Map of Fiber System will be made available to successful contractor). The Base Quote Tabulation – Construction Related Improvement will be comprised of scheduled system improvements to conduit, pull boxes and as otherwise listed below. The Alternate Quote Tabulation will be fiber specific connections, testing, and other technical items. The awarded Vendor will be issued an Open Purchase Order by the COMMISSION for work throughout the year as deemed necessary by the COMMISSION.
