Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Bates Technical College intends to award a sole source contract to Psychology Software Tools, Inc. Psychology Software Tools, Inc. has quoted to provide our 1101 S Yakima Tacoma, WA 98405 location with a one-time purchase of an MRI simulator, accessories, and installation for our new MRI Technology program. Bates Technical College has researched tens of vendors reaching out to look for the necessary items and installation and training services, reached out to medical imaging centers for direction, and looked through the certified minority and women owned businesses as well as certified veteran owned business, GPO’s and DES contracts for the desired equipment and this is the only company we found that could provide what we needed. The one-time purchase contract will be issued on or about October 24 2025, and will end on or before November 30, 2025 and is quoted at $86,074.00 for all equipment, accessories, shipping and handling, and installation and training.
