1. Develop a comprehensive project work plan with cost estimation for replacement or refurbishment. 2. Assess the exterior conditions of City of Durham facilities. 3. Assess the interior conditions of City of Durham facilities. 4. Assess all individual assets associated with each facility. 5. Catalog attributes and conditions for all associated assets. 6. Plot each attributed asset with its geographical location details associated. 7. Configure asset data for storage within GIS database and integration within ArcGIS indoors platform. 8. Provide detailed reports on findings, including ratings for each item and overall facility and asset ratings. 9. Prioritize areas that need to be addressed through remodeling, updating, rebuilding or replacement. 10. Highlight risks associated with not addressing identified issues.
