The City of Cartersville intends to procure professional engineering services to: 1. Collect and review Cartersville Electric System distribution data, including system maps, GIS data, load records, and protective device information. 2. Build or update an electrical system model using industry-standard software (such as Milsoft WindMil, CYME, Synergi or similar). 3. Perform short-circuit and load flow analyses to identify coordination requirements. 4. Evaluate existing protective device placement, settings, and performance. 5. Develop time-current coordination curves (TCCs) for feeders, sectionalizers, and fuses. 6. Recommend optimal fuse sizes, locations, sectionalizing points, circuit ties and relay/recloser settings. 7. Provide a final report with recommendations, maps, TCCs, and system model files. 8. Present findings and recommendations to CES staff.
