The Village of Burr Ridge seeks the services of a professional planning consulting firm to assist in the development and production of a thorough update of the Burr Ridge Comprehensive Plan. The services to be provided are to include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following work program tasks: • Analysis of existing conditions including land use and demographics • Analysis of existing Ordinances, plans, studies, and goals that should be referenced and/or incorporated. This includes the following: o Comprehensive Plan adopted April 12, 1999 and as amended through 2007 o Zoning Ordinance o Subdivision Ordinance o Sign Ordinance o Zoning Map as adopted February 24, 2025 o Downtown Business District Eligibility Study and Business District Plan o Pathway and Sidewalk Plan o Affordable Housing Plan as adopted June 13, 2005 and updated May 12, 2025 o Strategic Vision • Solicitation and coordination of local stakeholder input, citizen participation, and outreach activities • Determination of plan content and structure • Identification of plan goals and objectives • Preparation of conceptual master plans for subareas as directed • Preparation of evaluation of alternatives • Selection of alternatives based on local guidance
